How to turn off AI training in Grok
Grok consumer (grok.com / app)
Steps: Grok app/website settings → data for training → off, or use Private Chat.
Why it matters: Trains on your chats by default ('Improve the model' is on, per our in-app check on 2026-10-17). You can turn it off in settings, and Private Chat isn't used for training. Some chats may get human review.
