How to turn off AI training in Meta AI

Steps: No opt-out from training on your Meta AI chats found on Meta's official pages.
Why it matters: Meta uses your Meta AI chats to improve its AI, some information gets human review, and we found no opt-out for your own chats on Meta's official pages. Training data is kept as long as Meta needs it. Private messages with friends and family aren't used unless someone shares them with the AI. No business contract.
